December 4th, 1943 - June 19th, 2023
Gail E. LaBrake, 79, of Syracuse, passed away on June 19th surrounded by family. She was born in Potsdam, NY to Lawrence and Carolyn Russell. Gail attended and graduated Potsdam High School and worked for various financial institutions throughout her career. She was avid craftswomen, enjoying knitting and crocheting. Her greatest love was indeed, her family. Gail was predeceased by; her companion, James Stephens, her parents and her sister; Sylvia Russell. She is survived by; her 3 daughters, Lisa (Glen) Moore, Laura (Timothy) Judd and Sylvia (Daryl) Benner; 1 son, Allen LaBrake. 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and friends. Burial will be private in Onondaga Valley Cemetery. Ballweg and Lunsford Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
