Walter W. Timian, 73, of LaFayette, died Thursday, September 23, 2021. Walter was born in Syracuse to the late Charles and Mildred Timian. He was the owner of Best Step Floors and was involved in flooring for over fifty years. Walt is survived by his wife of over fifty two years Karen; children, Tracy and Christopher of LaFayette, Brian (Holly) of Kirkville and Jason (Jessica) of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado; grandchildren, Crystal, Kayla, Elizabeth, Ashley, Josh, Connor, Noah, Zachary and Reese; great grandchildren, Adrianna, Sydney, Carter and Greyson; sister, Emily Hinkle (James) of Michigan; brother, Richard of Syracuse and sister in law Donna (Rodger) of Arizona, and his best friend Rascal and several nieces and nephews. Calling Hours will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM Thursday September 30th at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, 2584 Field Lane LaFayette. A funeral service will follow immediately at 12 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
