Kenneth ""Ken"" Eugene Miller, Jr.
January 8th, 1955 - July 9th, 2022
Kenneth "Ken" Eugene Miller, Jr., of LaFayette, passed away peacefully at his home on July 9th at the age of 67. Ken was a 1973 graduate of LaFayette Jr./Sr. High School and then Morrisville College. After College, he received a Technology certificate from Syracuse University. Ken was a longtime employee of Roth Steel, Welch Allyn, and, most recently, JMA. Ken enjoyed spending time snowmobiling and 4-wheeling, loved science fiction and was an avid reader. Additionally, he was a great handyman and was often helping family and friends with various building projects or constructing model planes, trains, or cars. He is predeceased by: his wife of 23 years, Deborah (Knapp) Miller; and mother, Katherine(Nutting) Miller. Ken is survived by: his father, Kenneth Miller I; son, Kenneth (Tina) Miller III; daughter, Brittany (Michael) Lilienthal; sister, Cindy (Harold) Heckerman; four grandchildren; and numerous nephews, and nieces. Friends and family may pay their respects Thursday, July 14th, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Ballweg and Lunsford Funeral Home, 2584 Field Lane, LaFayette, NY 13084. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Ken’s name to a charity of your choice. Burial will be private for family at a future date.
