Our precious little miracle, Olivia “Livi” Grace Kouhel entered the gates of heaven on Monday, May 20, 2019 in her mother’s arms. As she left the arms of her mother, she fell into the hands of our Lord and Savior. Olivia was born on July 28, 2016. Olivia touched the lives of all she met and brought joy to the many people she met along the way. She taught her family and friends empathy, compassion, the complexities of health and life, and unconditional pure love. Olivia never let anything get in the way of having fun- she loved the Zoo, Brewer’s games (where she met Bernie Brewer at her first game!), walks outdoors, pumpkin patches, shopping trips in Downtown Chicago, visits with Santa and the Easter Bunny, and many days in her Mom’s arms watching their favorite shows or listening to music. Olivia is survived by her mother, Traci Lynn Kouhel; brothers Zakary Kouhel and Adam Kouhel; aunts and uncles Mark (Eileen) Peterson, Gayle Rodriguez, Randy Rodriguez, Brent (Joan Boudro) Peterson; Godparents and cousins Jennifer and Clinton Kilpatrick; cousins Matthew (Jamie) Rodriguez, Erin Peterson, Brianna Peterson; her best friend and second cousin Charlotte Mary Kilpatrick; and many other family and friends who loved Olivia very much. She was predeceased by maternal Grandparents Thomas and Mary “Peggy” Peterson. The family would like to thank the many doctors, nurses, social workers, and other staff at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin for their incredible care and compassion for Olivia. A very special thank you to the staff of Season’s Hospice. Olivia was able to be tissue and organ donor who will impact the lives of others for years to come. Olivia will be loved and missed forever and will live on forever in the lives of people she touched! A Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 29, 2019 from 12 Noon until the time of Funeral Service at 1PM at Cesarz Charapata and Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha. In lieu of flowers memorials to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin or Chosen of Waukesha in memory of Olivia would be greatly appreciated.
