Passed away peacefully on December 5, 2019 at Virginia Health and Rehab. Husband of Marilyn. Father of Kim, Alan, Christina (Jason) Dempsey. Roy was a proud member of the US Army and was awarded the Medal for Heroism in Vietnam. Private services were held. The family would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to the staff at Virginia Health and Rehab, Clement Zablocki VA Rehab Center, and Allay Hospice for the care they gave for Roy.
