Hazel Mather
November 19th, 1921 - February 28th, 2014
Hazel Mather of Waukesha joined her beloved husband, Emmett, in heaven on their 72nd Wedding Anniversary, on Friday, February 28, 2014, at the age of 92 years. She was born in West Allis on November 19, 1921, daughter of Herman and Amelia Lederhaus. Hazel will be deeply missed by her children, Jim Mather of Sparta, Tom (Marlene) Mather of Muskego, Rick (Cookie) Mather of Mukwonago, Susie Bennett of Waukesha, Shelby Scherr of New Berlin and Charlotte "Jo" Hense (Larry) of Troy. She is further survived by 14 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Hazel was preceded in death by, her husband, Emmett; parents, her daughter Marilyn Stachowski and 8 siblings. The visitation for Hazel will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the 4:00 p.m. memorial service, at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188.
