David E. Pfeiffle of Brookfield died on Sunday, January 26, 2014, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 91 years. David married Donna Fritz on November 9, 1969. He was a longtime member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. David was a proud World War II Army Veteran. He was a member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America Local Union 344. He enjoyed bowling and Trips to the Fireside Theater in Fort Atkinson with Donna. David will be deeply missed by his siblings, Martin (Delores) Pfeiffle, Norman Pfeiffle and Virginia (Clarence) Koffke. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. David was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Donna; sisters-in-law, Lorna and Janet. The Memorial Service for David will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1052 White Rock Ave. Waukesha. Reverend Larry Gates will be officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church are appreciated (see address above). Private burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park, New Berlin. Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, Cremation and Pre-Planning Services is serving the family.
