Timothy Lee Addis of Waukesha, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2014 at his residence at the age of 66 years. He is deeply missed by his wife, Sandra; his sons, Timothy (Melanie) Addis and Terry (fiancé Katherine Harnett); his step children, Kim (John) Seipel and Kellie (Mike) Vetta; three grandchildren, Amanda (Craig) Kozminski, Casey Stenberg and Bailey Addis; one great granddaughter, Olivia Kozminski; step grandchildren, Jenny Janecke, Nick and Austin Vetta; Brooke, Ashley and Jamin Seipel. Also surviving are brothers, Marc (Kathy) Addis, Mike (Debbie) Addis, Dan (Keri) Addis; sisters, Marguerite (Ron) Kaskavitch, Mary (Joe Schweitzer) Patzke, Kris (Greg) Sweitzer and Karen (Ken Matz) Addis. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death his parents, grandson, Jordan Addis and brother, Pat Addis. Private services for Timothy will be held at a later date. Memorials are appreciated to the family.
