Frances Condella
July 14th, 1919 - July 17th, 2013
Frances Condella, of Waukesha, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at the age of 94 years. She was born on July 14, 1919 in Waukesha, the daughter of Boniface and Pasqualina (nee Delarocci) Bucci. Frances attended St. Joseph Catholic grade school and graduated from Waukesha High School in 1937. She was united in marriage, to Anton Condella, in 1947 at St. Joseph Catholic Church and they made Waukesha their home. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she belonged to the Christian Mothers, Bethany Circle, Elders Group and the Mission Group. Frances had been employed for 30 years for the County of Waukesha as a Real Estate Tax Lister until her retirement in 1986. She was one of the first organizers of the Waukesha County Chapter of AFSCME and had served as President. Frances also had served on the Price Board during World War II. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Frances will be sadly missed by her two sons, David (Corinne) Condella of Waukesha, WI and Thomas (Patti) Condella of Wauwatosa, WI; four grandchildren, Tony (Amber) Condella, Scott Condella, Stephanie Condella and Nathan (Sarah) Condella; and one great-grandchild, Hadley Condella. She is further survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Anton "Tony" Condella, on September 3, 1974, as well as her two sisters and four brothers. The visitation for Frances will be held from 9:30 AM until the 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, July 22, 2013, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 N. East Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186. The Reverend William Key will preside. Burial will take place immediately following the service at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, S22 W22890 E. Broadway, Waukesha, WI 53186. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Frances' name are appreciated to St. Joseph Catholic Church (see address above) or to Hospice Advantage, 1155 Quail Ct., Ste. LL, Pewaukee, WI 53072. The family of Frances would like to give a special thank you to the caring staff at The Virginia Health & Rehabilitation Center and to Hospice Advantage for all their care and concern.
