March 26th, 1921 - September 28th, 2015
Rita M. Williamson of Waukesha passed away peacefully on Monday, September 28, 2015 at the age of 94 years. Rita was born in Amherst, MA, the daughter of Joseph and Margaret Novitski. She married Lyle Williamson on October 15, 1948. Rita earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from UW Stevens Point and was an Elementary Teacher in the Waukesha area for 27 years. Most of all Rita loved spending time with her family. Rita will be sadly missed by her children, Ann (Jeffrey) Schulz of Milwaukee, Jon Williamson of Waukesha and Monica (John) Santroch of Waukesha; grandchildren, Katie Foss, Maggie Foss, Andrea (Josh) Bintz. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle; special friend, Don Stouffer; siblings, Catherine Bannach, Dr. Monica Novitski, Francis Novitski, Joseph Novitski, Marya Novitski, Eleanor Novitski and Margaret Novitski; granddaughter, Amy Williamson. A visitation for Rita will be held on October 7, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the 7:00p.m. Celebration of Life Service, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha, WI 53188. A private burial has taken place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Alzheimer's Assoc. Southeastern WI Chapter, 620 S. 76th St., Ste. 160, Milwaukee, WI 53214 or a charity of your choice appreciated.
