Amanda Roark

Amanda P. Roark, of Palmyra, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the age of 24. Amanda was born on May 24, 1992 in Seward, AK, the daughter of Charles Truex and Marie Roark. She graduated from Palmyra- Eagle High School with high honors in 2010. After graduation, Amanda attended U.W. Waukesha and Fox Valley. She had passion for music and art. Amanda always enjoyed nature and being outdoors, but most of all, her greatest joy was being with her friends and family. She will be remembered for her personality and her ability to make everyone smile. Amanda will be greatly missed by her mom, Marie; her beloved Aunty Kim; her grandpa, Ed; her brothers, Joey and Cy; her sisters, Amber and Angie; and her uncles, Marvin and Wayne. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She will be missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie; her beloved uncle, Ronald; and her grandmas, Theresa and Ann. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Amanda's family.
