James Stephen Brado Born November 15, 1972 in Denver, Colorado passed away July 5, 2024. James was a beloved father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend. He is predeceased by his sister, Gina Leigh Brado (1968-2010) parents, James Lee Brado (1938-2005) and Dianna Kathleen Brado (Maxwell) (1941-2015) James is survived by his three children: daughters, Jessica Gurule and Chantel Brado and son, James Michael Brado. He was the proud grandfather of four grandchildren: grandsons, Elias, Max & Evan, and granddaughter, Aria. James was also a cherished uncle to three nieces and four nephews. He leaves behind his brother, Daniel Allen Brado. James had many nicknames. You may have known him as Jim, Jimmy, Jimbo, or Brado. He was very spontaneous and adventurous. From trying new restaurants/bars, going to sports games, events, camping, going for a ride on his old bike, or even going to a random persons party as a plus one. He would go ,and he would always make friends no matter the place. He was also very competitive and loved to prove people wrong. As much of an outgoing person that he was, he was also the most kind, funny, generous, and genuine person you'd ever meet. If you were ever in trouble, he would be there to help in any way that he could. He was the prime example of the person who would give his shirt off of his back. He was also the literal term, "life of the party."
His greatest joy came from spending time with his children and grandchildren, cherishing every moment they shared. James's life was a testament to the importance of family and friends, extending his heart to everyone he met. He was the person you could always count on, a friend who felt like family, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday July 16, 2024 at 1:30pm-4pm at Romero Funeral Home, 4750 Tejon St Denver, CO.
