Age 74 - Of North St Paul passed away July 15, 2024. Preceded in death by parents, Dorothy and Neil Nelson; stepmother, Mary Ann (Reise) Nelson; sister and brother-in-law, Nicky and Bill Ekstrom and brother-in-law Easton Hance. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda (Zachariason) Nelson; children, Heather Donahue and Robyn Nelson; grandchildren, Crystal and Austin, Kaylee and McKenna; great grandchildren Ellie and Clayton; siblings Gary (Pam) Nelson, Neil Jr (DiAnn) Nelson, Jen Hance, Lori Nelson, Glen Nelson, Krista (Chris) Portinga, Sherri Kollander, Jackie (Timothy) Easter; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. He loved his family, spending time with his wife Linda at Casey Lake and White Bear Lake, music and singing, playing cribbage, camping, fishing, and the great outdoors. We will definitely miss you, your laugh and grin. A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, July 22nd from 1-4 PM with a 3pm short service at the Sandberg Funeral & Cremation Services (651-777-2600), 2593 7th Ave E, North St Paul, MN 55109
