Margaret M. Breslin
April 25th, 1932 - July 9th, 2024
Margaret M. Breslin (Peg) of Hilton Head, S.C. passed away peacefully at the age of 92 at Hilton Head Hospital. She was a native of Buffalo, New York. Peg and her husband Jack raised four children in Rochester, N.Y. and in retirement moved to Hilton Head in 1991. Peg was a member of St. Francis by the Sea Catholic Church. She was a member of Bear Creek Golf Club and served as President of the Women’s Golf Association. For many years she enjoyed being a walking scorer at the Heritage Golf Tournament. Peg enjoyed visits and vacations with family and traveling to many countries with Jack, especially to Ireland where they visited Peg’s relatives.
Peg is survived by her four children, Mary King (Trip), Marjorie Breslin, Joan Sechrist (Scott), Daniel Breslin (Melody), seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Jack, her parents Thomas and Nora Flynn, and her brother William Flynn.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am on August 5, 2024 at St. Francis by the Sea Catholic Church followed by interment at the church Columbarium.
