Margaret "Joannie" Joan Wynne

Margaret Joan (Rudkins) Wynne, of Johnstown, Colorado, passed away peacefully in her sleep June 10, 2024, after a lengthy illness. She was 87 years old. She was born August 16, 1936, in Alameda, California, to Roy and Jane (Hare) Rudkins of Spreckels, California, where she was raised.

Joannie was very passionate about life and lived each day to the fullest. She was a square dance caller and instructor for numerous clubs in the Monterey Bay and Salinas Valley for over thirty years. She was an extremely talented seamstress and crafter. She had a great passion for collecting beautiful dolls. In her early years of life, she owned and ice cream shop where she made extraordinary doll cakes by hand. There wasn't anything she couldn't do when it came to creativity. Joannie had so much love to give. She touched the lives of so many people through her generosity. She was a very rare woman, beautiful inside and out.

Mrs. Wynne is survived by her loving husband, Loren Dale Wynne, of 34 years. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Roy and Jane Rudkins, her son Matthew L. Jenison and her daughter Sherree J. Jenison. She leaves behind two daughters, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She will be forever loved and deeply missed.
