After graduation she married Dwight Corbello. They lived in Del Rio, Texas for a short time and then Lillington, NC when Dwight was stationed at Pope Air Force Base. Teri met the love of her life, Mark Craven, and they married in 2017 and together enjoyed 7 years praising God, traveling, loving 8 grandchildren, creating hundreds of quilts, and living life to the fullest.
Teri’s work career centered around helping children and youth through First Baptist Church of Kernersville-Child Development Center, The Career Center High School of Winston-Salem, and East Forsyth High School-Library & Media Center. Teri retired from the North Carolina public school system in 2019.
Teri loved being part of The Heart of the Triad Quilt Guild in Kernersville where she and Mark enjoyed the camaraderie of their fellow quilting friends. She brought God’s rainbow of colors to the world through her artistic quilts.
