 Obituary for Donna Grace Krystosek (née Maruska)     

      **Donna Grace Krystosek** (née Maruska), born on August 10, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2024, in Fort Myers, Florida. She was 84 years old. Donna was the daughter of James Nicholas Maruska and Grace Marie Doyle. She was a devoted family woman who found joy in the presence of her loved ones and her cherished furry companion, Mia. 

     Donna was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Krystosek and stepson Daniel Krystosek. Donna's memory lives on through her survivors: her son John Michael Murawski, who is engaged to Sally Susino, her son James George Murawski Jr., and her daughter Denise Marie Janes.                                                                                                 She is also remembered by her sister Karen Marie Maruska Unger (Thomas Unger) and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Murawski, Sarah Outcult Daniels, and Michael Outcult. Donna's legacy extends to her beloved great-grandchildren, Arianna Diwa, and Noah, Daniel, and Quinn Daniels. Additionally, she leaves behind her special friend, Marge.  Donna was also a proud member of the Fort Myers Police Department for over 15 years.       Donna will always be remembered for her kind and generous spirit. She had an affinity for conversation and enjoyed sharing a good laugh over a glass of wine with friends and family. Her warm personality and loving nature were evident to all who knew her, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion. In accordance with her wishes, Donna chose not to have any formal services.                                                           In memory of her, the family invites you to share your cherished memories and celebrate the life she lived. In these moments of remembrance, we find solace in the lasting impact Donna had on her family and friends. Her kindness and generosity will never be forgotten, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
