David V. Rosdahl
June 23rd, 1929 - August 1st, 2024
It is with heavy hearts but a spirit of celebration that we announce the passing of David V. Rosdahl, age 95, who transitioned to his heavenly home on August 1, 2024.
Born in Minnesota on June 23, 1929, David lived in Columbia, South Carolina for the past 53 years, retiring from the US Forest Service and starting his own company, Animal Pest Control.
David was the son of Vincent and Arma Rosdahl. He is pre-deceased by his wife, Donna L. Rosdahl, and survived by his son, Greg Rosdahl and daughters, Judy Cox, Valerie Rosdahl and Cyndi Rosdahl; and his grandchildren, Erin Adcock, Nathan Cox, Christine Thomas and Matthew Cox.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in David’s memory to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 525 St. Andrews Rd, Columbia, SC 29210.
His memorial service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, 11:00 AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church.
