Barbara Wolfe Puskus, age 75, affectionately known as Grandma Bee, passed away peacefully at her home in Rockledge, on August 7, 2024, after her battle with cancer. She was born August 17, 1948 in Troy, Ohio. Barbara grew up in Worthington, Ohio. After high school, Barbara attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, earning a Bachelor of Education degree in 1970. She then traveled west to Colorado, Wyoming, and Washington where she started her own family.

After having her first daughter out west, Barbara then moved to North Carolina and eventually landed in Brevard County, Florida, where she spent the remainder of her life. Barbara enjoyed reading, shopping, and spending time with family, especially talking about sports with her grandsons. She loved her dogs and of course her Ohio State Buckeyes! Barbara provided unconditional love and support to her family and friends and her fun-loving spirit will truly be missed.

Barbara is survived by her two daughters, two sons-in-law, two stepdaughters, two step sons, as well as seven grandsons, two sisters, a brother, many cousins, nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Beamer. Donations can be made in her honor to the ASPCA, The Nature Conservancy, St Jude Children's Research, or American Cancer Society. A celebration of life will be announced.
