West Columbia, SC-Harold Lee Larimore passed away on August 15, 2024 in his home surrounded by family and friends. Lee was born to Harold and Nancy Larimore, Sr. in Brittons Neck, SC. Lee was preceded in death by his father, Harold Larimore, Sr.
Lee is survived by his wife, Denise Larimore; sons, David R.
Goodner, John A. Goodner, and Whelan B. Epperson: mother, Nancy Larimore; and younger brother, Kenny W. Larimore.
As a youth, Lee enjoyed baseball. He graduated from Airport High School in 1986, where he enjoyed body shop class. Later in life, he worked in the family business where he never met a heating and air conditioning unit he could not diagnose. Lee was always willing to lend a helping hand to his family and his friends.
One of the things Lee enjoyed most was spending time with his family at Myrtle Beach, SC. He loved outdoor sports: fishing, boating and Nascar racing.
Thompson Funeral home in Lexington, SC is handling the funeral arrangements. Visitation with the family will be held at West Side Baptist Church on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm, followed by the funeral service at 3:00 pm. Interment will take place at West Side Baptist Church Cemetery.
