On Wednesday, August 14, Linda K. Lemrick, a loving mother, passed away. She was seventy- three.  She was born May 25, 1951 to Wesley and Fern Adams in Burley, ID followed by her sister Gerildine and two brothers Merle and Sam. After working on the family farm she moved to Boise, ID to finish a degree at Stevens-Henager community college. While in school, she met Herbert N. Lemrick and was married February 28, 1971 at the St. Hubert's Catholic church in Homedale.  They were together for thirty-six years and brought two boys, Chris and Nathan, into the world.

Linda was an active homemaker while raising her sons and taking care of the family home while Herbert was a semi-truck driver. Over time she held various jobs from a local grocery store clerk, a Jacksons convenience store sales associate in Wilder, ID and for other local events.  Linda's greatest joy came from her time quilting either for family members or the local Project Linus charity. She made hundreds of quilts for abused or terminally ill kids through donated or personal fabric. She is survived by her son, Chris. A graveside service by Flahiff Funeral Chapel of Caldwell will be held on Thursday, August 22, at 11 a.m. at Wilder Cemetery in Wilder, ID.
