Michael Dean Coffey 06/09/1942 - 08/29/2020 Michael Dean Coffey was born to Corum and Jeanne Coffey in Denver June 9, 1942. Mike worked for United Bank of Denver, United Bank Services Company, Colorado National Bank and CTG (Computer Task Group) at IBM. He worked in the computer operations area during his career. He umpired many baseball games during his "free" time. Mike is preceded in death by his father Corum and many aunts and uncles. Left with memories are his wife Emily, son Joseph Corum (J.C.) , daughter in law Christin and Seth (grandson) Coffey. He is also survived by his mother Jeanne Coffey, and sister Tura (Frank, Beth, Corum) Hayes. He will be remembered by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, cousins and many friends. He was a board member of the Intermountain Chapter NRHS. There were many trips by plane, train and cruises to many countries and the United States. The best memories were watching his son and grandson play hockey and Lacrosse. Many friends were made standing at the hockey boards watching each play with parents and grandparents of hockey players. A private memorial services was held on October 10, 2020. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Intermountain Chapter NRHS, P. O. Box 17371, Golden, Colorado 80402
