John H. Donlon
August 22nd, 1938 - August 17th, 2024
John Hugh "Jack" Donlon, born August 22, 1938 in New Rochelle NY, passed away August 17, 2024, in Ridgeland, South Carolina at the age of 85. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; their children, Michael (Maureen), Annmarie (Raffaele), and grandson Ian Bernes. He was predeceased by his son Jack (Shelley).
Jack studied at University of Texas and NYC's Baruch College, and spent his career in Technology and Finance. Jack resided and raised his family in The Bronx NY and Pomona NY. He was an avid NY Yankees fan and a season ticket holder to the NY Giants. Later, he and Patricia relocated to Dataw Island, SC to enjoy retirement. Jack will be greatly missed by family and friends, and will be remembered as a kind and gentle man.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "Hospice Care of the Lowcountry" in Bluffton SC.
A celebration of his life will be held at a future date.
