Spencer Deon Gripp of Charlotte, passed away August 24, 2024 at the age of 28. Born October 8, 1995 in Reston, Virginia, He was the son of Nicholas and Jeannine Gripp. Spencer completed his associates in mechanical engineering technology at Central Piedmont Community College in 2020. He worked for Caliber Collision and was passionate about perfecting his craft and becoming an incredible car painter. Spencer loved trying new things. He enjoyed skateboarding, woodworking, auto mechanics, motorcycles, fishing, plants, and especially cooking. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wonderful girlfriend, Minela, and many more loving aunts, uncles, family and friends. Full of love, laughter, and kindness, Spencer left a mark on all of those who were fortunate enough to know him. The family will receive friends from 4pm to 5:30pm on Friday, August 30, 2024, at Hankins and Whittington Funeral Service, 1111 East Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203. A celebration of life service will begin at 5:30pm in the funeral home chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.HankinsandWhittington.com.
