Eugenia "Gena" Stewart-Moore

Eugenia “Gena” Stewart-Moore, a beloved figure known for her unwavering strength and generous spirit, passed away peacefully on Sunday 9/1/2024 in Port Charlotte at 9:37am. 

She was a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many with her kindness, candid opinions, and exquisite culinary skills. 

Gena had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her strong-willed nature and willingness to share her thoughts made her a respected voice in the Business she and her husband created. Friends and family often sought her advice, knowing they would receive honesty wrapped in care. She had a passion for baking that brought joy to everyone around her. Whether whipping up a simple loaf of banana bread or a stunning cake for a special occasion, Gena poured her love and creativity into every treat she made, establishing traditions that will be fondly remembered by all. 

Gena is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Moore, who cherished her spirit and supported her in all her endeavors. Together, they created and shared countless memories filled with love, laughter, and a deep bond that will never be forgotten. She is also survived by her devoted sister and three nieces, who adored her immensely and will carry forward her spirt of love and compassion. 

Though Gena may no longer be with us, her legacy of kindness, strength, and generosity will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her. 

She will be dearly missed and forever remembered. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your local humane society in Gena’s honor, reflecting her commitment to all her beloved dogs.
