Charles Paul Lloyd, Jr.

Charles Paul Lloyd Jr., 56, passed away on September 5, 2024, at Life Care Center of

Greeley, surrounded by family and dear friends. 

He was born on January 22, 1968, to Charles Paul Lloyd Sr. and Betty Louise Lloyd (Brower) in Greeley, Colorado.

“Charlie” or “Chuck” as he was called, graduated from Greeley Central High School in

1986 and was a lifetime resident of Greeley. On May 7, 1999, he and Lori Lewis

(Suichta), high school sweethearts, were married. They divorced in 2007.

Charlie was a hard-working and dedicated employee at RR Donnelley for 22 years and

very proud of his service there before the closing of the plant in Greeley. Charlie was a

humble and kind soul to all of those around him and lived a simple life in his own way. 

Charlie took delight in being outdoors and loved observing a good thunderstorm. He liked “classic rock”, and in his younger days, he very much enjoyed attending some rock concerts that were later to become iconic.  Often, Charlie would play his electric guitar as a form of relaxion and escapism.

For many years, Charlie cared for his mother, Betty Lloyd, as she was home-bound towards the end of her life.

Charlie succumbed to his illness at a young age, but with the support of his loving brother Brian and daughter Shevelle, he was content.  He is survived by his 3 children, Seth Lloyd, Luke Langley and Shevelle Lloyd and 6 Grandchildren, his brother Brian Walls & wife Kim. Also, 3 nephews, numerous Aunts & Uncles and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.
