Emnett, Robert Francis Jr.
Born November 27, 1966, Bob left us on September 6, 2024. He was born in St. Louis County, raised in Manchester MO. He is a 1985 graduate of St. Louis University High School. After two years at Washington U., he job-hopped, travelled around the U.S., was a baker for 7 years, and spent his last 20 years at Anthem Blue Cross in Portland, Oregon where he lived since 1997. Throughout his life he was a hard worker and made friends easily. He is already sorely missed by his parents Robert Francis and Rosemary (Voracek) Emnett, his sisters Michelle Emnett-Eickhoff (Sean Eickhoff) and Nichole Wren (Gary), and numerous friends. ‘Uncle Bobby’ is also missed by his beloved nieces Amelia Rose and Abigail Mae Eickhoff and nephew Eric Kevin Wren.
Visitation Sept. 20, 5-8 p.m. Kutis Affton Chapel. Mass at Mary Queen of Peace 676 W. Lockwood, Webster Groves, Sept. 21, 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family will appreciate donations in Bob’s memory to St. Louis University High School Scholarship Fund, or Blanchet House (which provides resources for the homeless), 310 NW Glisan St., Portland, OR 97209, or Knight ADRC researching Alzheimer’s Disease at Washington U., 4488 Forest Park Blvd., Suite 200, St. Louis, MO 63108.
