Marilyn J. Hicks, 94, of Largo, FL, and formerly of New Lenox, IL, passed away on September 4, 2024.
Marilyn was born on July 13, 1930 in Joliet, IL, the daughter of Elbert and Arline Ristau Anderson. She married Arthur Hicks, and he precedes her in death.
Surviving are her three children, Steven Hicks, Michael Hicks, and Barbara Mclaughlin; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Marilyn spent her working life as a bookkeeper, and she was an avid golfer.
The family would like to thank all of the amazing caregivers in her memory care unit at Suncoast Hospice for all of their love, compassion, and care.
A Committal Service to Celebrate Marilyn’s life will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 10am at Bay Pines National Cemetery.
