James L. "Jimmy" Barger, 54, of West Deptford, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
Legacy
He was a loving and caring father, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. He was born and raised in Woodbury and was a proud member of the Thundering Herd of Woodbury High School. He was a proud member of the Bricklayers Allied Craft Workers Local 1 PA/DE for 20 plus years. Jimmy enjoyed fishing and camping, playing basketball with his kids, and watching football games. He loved to spend the weekends at the beach with his dog Snoop, family and friends.
Family
He is the beloved father of Brandi (Paul), Jacob, and Julia. Loving companion of Karen Fishman. Dear brother of Robert and his wife Debbie, and Kelly Barger. Treasured uncle of Boston and Brandon. Adored son of the late Margaret M. Barger (nee Toman). He will be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on September 25th from 9:00AM to 11:00AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street Woodbury, NJ 08096. Funeral Service at 11:00AM. Interment to follow in Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, New Jersey.
