Araya Billiard
April 1st, 1975 - September 19th, 2024
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Araya Billiard, who departed from this world on September 19, 2024, in Warner Robins, Georgia. Born on April 1, 1975, in Sangkha District, Surin province, Thailand, Araya's life was a testament to hard work, loyalty, and kindness. A celebration of Araya's life will be held at the Chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 3:30 PM. The family will greet friends following the service.
Araya was a beloved daughter to Boot and Lamduan Leerach; a devoted spouse to Joel Billiard for 17 beautiful years; and a nurturing mother to Mukisa and Kiser Billiard. Her family always came first, and her dedication to them was unfaltering. She is also mourned by her surviving brother, while being reunited in peace with her other brother who preceded her in death.
A life dedicated to caring for others, Araya pursued and achieved a B.S. Degree in Nursing and Science. Her career saw her as a Registered Nurse at Houston Medical, further rising to the role of Assistant Director of Nursing, and finally serving as a Registered Nurse at South Pines. Her contributions to the healthcare field were enriched by multiple Red Cross Certificates, a testament to her expertise and commitment. Araya found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had an enduring love for gardening, with lilies being her favorite flowers. She spent countless hours driving around to soak in the beauty of the world, and she was actively working on building a greenhouse, a project that reflected her love for nature and tranquility.
In this time of grief, we remember her as a hard worker whose loyalty and kindness touched many lives. Araya's legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Those wishing to express condolences or share memories are welcomed to do so. May we carry forward Araya Billiard's spirit of compassion and her unyielding dedication to her loved ones.
