Dale E Forsyth

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Dale E. Forsyth of Summerville, SC. 

Dale entered into eternal rest on September 17, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his loving wife Rhea and family. He was born on November 24, 1954 in Adrian, MI to the late James and Joyce Forsyth. He was a devoted family man and  loved his family dearly. Throughout his life, he dedicated himself to assisting others with his generous heart, loving demeanor, and humble nature.

Dale retired from CMS Energy in Michigan after years of dedicated service. His life took a significant turn when he met Rhea, the love of his life. They were united in matrimony and were subsequently blessed with baby Forsyth, who unfortunately preceded him in death. 

He is survived by his wife, Rhea E. Forsyth of Summerville, SC; his mother Joyce Forsyth of Tecumseh, MI; his children, Amber Forsyth of Tecumseh, MI, Adam Forsyth of Nashville, TN, and Kristi (Bill) Illis of Tecumseh, MI; his sister Lynn Forsyth of Adrian, MI and his brother Dean (Cindy) Forsyth of Florida; his grandchildren, Ozzie and Elliot, Evan, Otto, and Willow; his grand nieces, Bobbi (Mike) Garrison and Jaque (Adam) Gendron; and a host of grand nieces and nephews: Alexis, Abbi, Lance, Owen, Miles, Jackson, and Mavrick; great-grandnephew Landon. 

He was preceded in death by his father James Forsyth, his sister Diane, his neice Laurie Beth, his uncle Glenn, and baby Forsyth. 

Graveside services will be held in Tecumseh, Michigan and remains will be deposited in Barangay Gayola, Kidapawan City, North Cotabato Philippines
