Marvin "Skip" Mulkey, 67, passed away peacefully on September 3rd, 2024. He was born in North Carolina and was raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He loved living in Portland, Oregon for the past 25 plus years. He is survived by two sisters, Cam Mulkey and Dede Morris, one daughter Kenzie Mulkey, and numerous other relatives and lifelong friends. Skip was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
