John J. Knapp, age 81, of Gloversville, died Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Fulton Center, Gloversville.
He was born November 23, 1942, in Gloversville, the son of Leon and Edna (Ludwin) Knapp. He was employed at various companies including MCA Record Company, until he retired.
John is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline M. Knapp; and a sister, Joanna Fedo (Sam); as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Teddi Ann (Marcais) Knapp; and two brothers, Leon Knapp and Edward Knapp.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 4 to 6 pm Tuesday, October 8th at Betz, Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St, Gloversville.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the James A. Brennan Memorial Humane Society, 437 Nine Mile Tree Rd. Gloversville, NY 12078.
