Carol Rabinowitz, 78, of Washingtonville, N.Y., passed away September 21, 2024. Born April 30, 1946, in Queens, New York, she was the daughter of the late Doris Backes McHugh and John McHugh.
Carol dedicated many years to the Washingtonville School District and enjoyed weekly lunches in retirement with friends she made there.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Cari Rabinowitz (Mark Vaswani); and son, Jonathan Rabinowitz and wife Brittany; grandchildren Emily and Milo.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Robert Rabinowitz.
Services and celebration of life are private.
