Randolph John Michael Belli

Randolph John Michael Belli, having just turned 80 years of age, passed away October 3, 2024 at St. Francis Hospice in Titusville, Florida. He was born September 22, 1944 in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania to Armand and Sophie (Balicki) Belli. He and his parents moved to the Chicago suburbs when Randy was a teenager. They bought him a red convertible while attending high school and that was the beginning of his love for sports cars. He spent most of his adult life in Chicago working in stocks, investments and finance and he considered Chicago his home. An avid boater, a wonderful day for Randy was taking his 39’ Morgan or his smaller boat out onto Lake Michigan. About the year 2002 Randy retired and bid farewell to the Chicago area, retiring in Boca Raton, Florida. His home was just a few miles from the Boca Raton Inlet which connects to the intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean through Lake Boca Raton. Randy spent many hours, days, weeks traversing those waterways. Approximately 10 years later Randy decided to live on his boat, named The Pretty Lady and docked it in a Delray Beach marina, a Stuart, FL marina and finally at the Titusville Marina in Titusville, Florida.

Randy leaves behind a daughter who lives in Illinois, a half-brother named Thomas Dale Belli of Illinois, his Uncle Ray and Aunt Mary Ellen Balicki of Pennsylvania, and many cousins living mostly throughout Florida and Pennsylvania. Randy was the oldest male cousin and upon hearing of his death some of his younger male cousins remembered him fondly as “cool, swashbuckling and admired.” He will be missed by those who knew him best.
