Jeanette (Poopee) Paz Born September 1st, 1955 passed away on September 18th, 2024. Born in Santa Barbara, California to George and Maria Paz. she spent many years in Sacramento before recently returning to Southern California.
Jeanette was a loving mother to six children: Danny Paz, Delia Ramirez, Tommy Campbell, Marlene Molina, Jeanette Garrett, and Robert Faler. Grandmother to 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren, sharing her love of music and dancing with them.
A woman of strong will and deep faith, Jeanette found joy in family gatherings and loved the beach. Her warmth and nurturing spirit will be remembered by all who knew her. She was truly a one-of-a-kind.
Jeanette is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, and many other family members and friends. She will be deeply missed.
Services will be held:
Viewing will be Thursday, October 10, 4-7 pm at McDermott-Crockett Mortuary Chapel 2020 Chapala Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93105
Graveside Service Friday, October 11 at 12 pm Calvary Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleum 199 N Hope Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93110
Celebration of life will be held following the funeral at 3 pm location to be determined
