Valerie Ann Sheldon, 67, of Ware, MA, passed away unexpectedly at her home on October 8, 2024.  She was born February 9, 1957, the second born of eight children, to the late Robert Sheldon and Ruth (Brown) Sheldon. She married Wilfred Trombley in 1979, and together they enjoyed classic cars, riding the Harley, and being active members of the Quaboag Riders and Hill Climb Club. She enjoyed the beach, cooking, being a mother to her only daughter Nicole, and later a grandmother. After their divorce, she found the love of her life and soulmate Jeff and was finally able to live and be her true self. They saw the country together. They went on many vacations, went camping, and enjoyed life together spending time with their three grandchildren. They had 3 miniature poodles, Milo, Aries and Dakota, and those dogs were definitely their babies. As they got older, they spent their time together going on rides on the Harley, doing a lot of benefit rides, and continued enjoying life together. Valerie is predeceased by both of her parents, Robert and Ruth, and her eldest sister Bonnie. She is survived by her life partner and soulmate, Jeff Desmarais of Ware; her daughter, Nicole Trombley and her partner, Eddie Libera III, and their 3 children, Sophie Marie (20), Jade Valerie (18), and Chace Jeffrey (12), all of Three Rivers; her siblings, Karen Skowyra of Palmer, Cindy Zisk of Brimfield, Kim Curboy of Southbridge, Randy Sheldon of Palmer, and Dwayne Sheldon of Warren; as well as many nieces, nephews and all the kids she was a "mom" to. A period of visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 10am-12pm at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow at Saint William's New Cemetery on West Main Street, Rt9, in Ware, MA.
