February 26th, 1938 - October 9th, 2024
Celia Garcia, 86 of Brownsville, Texas went to be with the Lord on October 9, 2024, Celia will be remembered by all her family and friends as a beloved mother, grandmother & great grandma, who loved unconditionally. Celia loved to dance Mexican music, going to casino, and talking to her sisters & brothers in Texas. Survived by her daughter Juanita Garcia & Isabella Ruiz, grandkids Jose, Paul Jr, & Elvira, great-grandkids, Henry, Joseph, Ciandra, Cemeya, Khai, Azaleia, Elijah, Josiah. She was proceeded in death by her sister Aurora and brother Lino of Texas and her grandaughter RoseMarie of Salinas. November 2, 2024, will have a Celebration of Life at Victory Outreach 264 San Juan Grade Rd, Salinas Ca from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Healey hoped to find a way to continue to meaningfully help his county and community grow. He and his wife founded Salinas Valley Mortuary in 1956 to help serve the families in the Salinas Valley area. Their lifelong mission was to unselfishly serve area families based on their strong, trusting relationship with their community – something we honor to this day almost seven decades years later....
