Edith M. Loomis
March 8th, 1949 - October 12th, 2024
Edith M. Loomis, of Statesville, NC, passed away October 12, 2024, at Iredell Memorial Hospital. She was born in Hannibal, NY, daughter of the late Albert and Ruth Syfert.
She was preceded in death by her son Frank and her two sisters, Carol and Jane.
She is survived by 3 sons, Jonathan (Melissa) and Stephen (Sia) Loomis, of Troutman, NC, and Andrew Loomis, of Lyons, NY, her daughter Jane Quinones (Carlos), of TX, as well as 2 brothers, Mike and Henry, and three sisters, Alice, Barbara, and Patricia. She has 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Statesville congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, of which she was a devoted member. Date is to be determined.
