J. Scott Scott Juzeler
September 16th, 1954 - October 11th, 2024
J. Scott Juzeler (Scott), was born in September of 1954 in Bremerton, Washington to Jack and Joyce M. Juzeler. They moved to Springfield, Oregon where he attended Thurston High School and graduated in 1972.
After high school Scott ran J&S Union 76 Service Station & U-Haul Rentals with his dad in Springfield. After his dad retired, Scott was a Service Station Manager for Sherlock Oil Company for most of his career. Later in his career Scott became a Public Safety Officer for the Gateway Mall.
In 1989 Scott married Mary S. Juzeler. Together, they had two sons, Tom and Greg. Scott loved watching his sons grow and attended every sports game, school event, and all other events.
Scott’s passion was hunting. He loved the outdoors and shared his passion for the outdoors with his sons. His love for the outdoors has been passed on to his grandchildren.
Scott touched many people throughout his life. Many people have described him as a gentle giant. Scott was an extremely hard worker and would do anything for his family.
Scott peacefully passed away, after a hard-fought battle with cancer, on October 11th, 2024 with his family by his side.
Scott was a very loved husband, dad, uncle, and grandpa.
There will be a service on October 25th, 2024 at 11am at Springfield Memorial Gardens.
