Ronald James Traver. passed away peacefully in North Charleston , October 20, 2024. Ronald was born in Poughkeepsie, New York February 22, 1947 to Percy Traver and Madeline Yetz. Ronald was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Janet Traver. Ron was a proud Mason. Ronald was a veteran of the United States Army. Ronald retired from MUSC where he worked as a PCT, he also worked at autozone for 10 years. Ronald is survived by his daughters Tina Seifts (Mark), Trudy Fanning, Tanya Flick, and sons James Traver, Ronald Traver Jr, Donald Traver (Michelle). Proud poppy to 14 grandchildren Candice (Rob), Mark, Chris, Matt (Amber), Nicole (Joey), Chase, Will, Josh, Brad, Ethan, Lillian, Kayla, Alexis, Allen; 12 great grandchildren: Alice (Bryson), Taylor, Caiden, Bryden, McKenna, Ansley, Graceleigh, Cooper, Liliana, Brantley, Coraline, Micha. Ronald has one living brother Frank Traver, preceded by his sister Joanne Lenahan and their nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & burial services located at 7475 Peppermill Parkway, Suite E, North Charleston, SC 29418 on Friday October 25,2024, at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be contributed to The Shriners Children's Hospital.
