Tammy Louise Finklea, of Lexington, SC, passed away on October 21, 2024. She was a beautiful, loving and caring human being with a kind and gentle soul. She was loved, admired and respected by her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Tammy is survived by her father, Samuel W. Finklea (Bess); Fiancé, Carl Hardy; sisters, Patti Durham (Donnie), Leslie Hemwall, Katie Ward (Tryson), Christine Claytor (Jesse); uncles, Robbie Hyrne (Doris), Clyde Finklea (Carolyn); aunts, Mary Jane Snelling (Richard – deceased), Brenda Maready (Joe - deceased) Beverly Hyrne (Donnie – deceased); nieces, Jessica Perry, Christen Brewer (Philip), JC; and great nephew, Samuel Perry. She was predeceased by her mother, Joan Bass (Wayne); Grandmothers Louise Brewer and Geneva Hyrne Finklea; aunts, Virginia Hood, Elizabeth H. Goff (Charlie); and uncle, Donnie Hyrne.

The family will gather to receive friends Friday November 8th from 5 - 7 PM at Thompson Funeral Home, 4720 Augusta Road, Lexington, SC 29073.
