**In Loving Memory of Cindy Lou Sprague**

*June 3, 1944 — October 25, 2024*

Cindy Lou Sprague passed away peacefully at home, with her husband by her side, surrounded by family and pups on October 25, 2024, in Springfield, Oregon.

Cindy was Born to Alex Junior Nichols and Nora Evelyn Petrie on June 3, 1944, in Miami Township, Kansas. She was first married to Larry Ray Rich in October of 1960. Together, they had three beautiful children before parting ways in June 1978. Cindy found love again with William “Bill” Sprague, whom she married in September 1985, sharing 39 beautiful years of marriage.

Her brother, Rodney Wayne Nichols, preceded her in death, and she is survived by her devoted siblings, Sheila Johns and Cheryl Ferguson.

A loving and proud mother, Cindy is survived by her children Laurie Robertson, Larry Ray Rich, Gerry Rich, and Bill’s three children. Her legacy extends through her cherished 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren and two nephews.

Cindy's home was always open, filled with laughter, warmth and a good kick in the butt. She loved hard and was always there for her family. Her nurturing spirit was her very own, and all that encountered that spirit was blessed to feel her presence.

Join us for a Celebration of Life to be held at Thurston Grange, 6596 Thurston Rd, Springfield, OR 97478, on November 3, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Friends and family will gather to honor her memory, share stories of her remarkable life, and find comfort in each other's company.
