Patricia A. Tuttle, 83, of Fonda, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 25, 2024, at Ellis Hospital with her loving family by her side.
She was born on June 10, 1941, in Machias, ME, to the late Gerald and Julia (McDonald) Smith.
Patricia was united in marriage to Leo E. Tuttle II on April 26, 1958; together they later relocated to the Fonda area.
She was employed by the Fonda Fultonville Central School District for many years. Patricia was a member of the Methodist faith.
Patricia is survived by her loving family, children, Caroline (Kip) Backer, Leo (Chris) Tuttle III and Tammy Willoughby; grandchildren, James Hulbert, Amanda (Jason) May, Erica (Joon Hur) Tuttle and Emily Willoughby; great grandchildren, Colton & Harrison May, Nicoli & Adaline Hur; brother, Jerry Smith; nieces, nephews and cousins; best friend, Donna (Fred) Wilson and many Fonda Fultonville school friends. She was predeceased by her parents & her loving husband, Leo; brother, Timmy Smith; son-in-law, Scott Willoughby and sister-in-law, Cindy Smith.
A private service for Patricia will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, 500 Fashion Ave, Floor 8A, New York, New York, 10018.
