In Loving Memory

Katie Feaster, 28, of West Columbia, South Carolina went home to the Lord on October 31, 2024. A loving wife and mother, she leaves behind her husband, Stacy Feaster and daughter Isla. She also leaves her parents, Steve and Sharon Blackwell; brother, Chad Blackwell (Emily); sister, Amanda Kyzer (Jason); maternal grandparents, Charles and Nancy Byrd; paternal grandmother, Patricia Blackwell; father-in-law, Stacy E. Feaster; brother-in-laws, Corey Copeland (Sydni), Tyler Copeland, and Devin Feaster; nieces and nephews, Beau, Savannah, Bridgette, Kaegan, Elijah, Gunnar, and Houston; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Clyde Blackwell Sr. and mother-in-law, Dawn Feaster.

Katie was a graduate of the University of South Carolina and spent the last three years working as a wonderful homemaker for her husband and daughter. Her true passion though is seen through the two ministries that she created. The first was an online platform where she shared both her journey and her faith with not only her community but many across the nation. The second was a chemo bag ministry she began to support and encourage other women who had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Katie had an incredible faith that never wavered and a smile and love for others that shone with the bright light of her savior, Jesus Christ.

Visitation for Katie Feaster will be held from 5pm to 7pm at Thompson Funeral Home, 4720 Augusta Road, Lexington, SC, on Friday, November 8, 2024. Funeral Service will take place at 2:30pm at Trinity Baptist Church, 2003 Charleston Hwy, Cayce, SC, on Saturday, November 9, 2024, followed by a private graveside service for the family.
