John "Jack" Caraway Haase

Jack loved God, his family, being a veteran, and his country.
John Caraway Haase, 99, passed away peacefully on November 3, ,2024 in Shoreline, WA. Known as Jack, he was born on November 12, 1924 in Kearney, NE.
Jack served in the US Army as an MP during World War II. He married Mary Lou Vruble in Columbus, NE on December 1, 1950. Jack worked at R. W. Beck & Associates for 42 years, most of those years in Seattle. He loved animals, especially dogs. He loved music, football, and most of all cooking.
Jack loved God, his family, being a veteran, and his country. As a Catholic, he attended Mass at St. Luke Church in Shoreline for many years.
He is survived by his daughter Jacque Russo of Lake Stevens, WA, daughter Jeri Bostrom and son-in-law Rob Bostrom of Shoreline, WA. He will be laid to rest at Tahoma National Cemetery.
