Janice Runyan passed away Sunday October 20th 2024, after a long brave battle with alzheimer's. She was 82 years old. She was born in Millbank, South Dakota, to Andrew and Nina Lobben. on August 29th 1942. She was the youngest of 5 children. She moved to Summit Washington at the age of 16, where she met her future husband Gary Milton. They married and had two children. She enjoyed playing her guitar, singing, crocheting and spoiling her dogs. She loved her family, being a grandmother, and great grandmother. Most of all she loved the Lord. She is survived by her two daughters. Lori Milton of Lakewood, Michele Standley and her husband Dave of Tacoma, three grandchildren, Melissa Hazel of Tacoma, Paige Hazel of Tacoma, Danielle Ortega of Graham, six great grandchildren; Alaina, Vanessa,  Nathaniel, Kaidence, Peyton, and Chloe. and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 pm. At Sumner family church. Sumner Washington.
