Licia Dianne Paul

Licia Dianne Paul, born on January 21, 1963, passed away peacefully of natural causes on October 23, 2024. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend, whose love and dedication to her family were unparalleled.

Licia is survived by her mother, D. Jean Zell; her three children, Rebecca Barnard, Cheryl Wirebaugh, and Robert Wirebaugh; and her four cherished grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother James Zell and sister Theresa Yeadon. She was preceded in death by her father, James F. Zell.

Licia was a remarkable woman of immense strength and resilience. As a single mother, she raised her family of four with unwavering determination and love. Her hard work and dedication were evident in every aspect of her life, and she instilled these values in her children.

Licia had a deep love for the fall season and Christmas, finding joy in the changing leaves and festive celebrations. She also cherished the time spent bowling with her sister and mother, creating lasting memories with them.

An avid fan of the Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies, and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Licia’s enthusiasm for her favorite teams was infectious and brought joy to those around her.

A service to celebrate Licia’s life will be held at Rocky Mountain Calvary Chapel on November 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Her family invites all who knew and loved her to join in honoring her memory.

Licia’s legacy of love, strength, and dedication will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed
