John Anthony Bulger
January 7th, 1956 - November 7th, 2024
Bulger, John Anthony. Died unexpectedly at age 68, a couple days after watching his beloved New York Yankees lose game 5 of the World Series. John was also a super fan of the Green Bay Packers and seldom missed watching their games. His career in Customer Service was varied and stories of different interactions with customers brought groans or laughter.
Devoted to his Catholic faith, he was a long-standing parishioner and Finance Council member of St. Adalberts Church. John was also a long-time member of the Minneapolis chapter of Faith in Action. He demonstrated his faith with love, generosity and kindness to his family and friends.
John is beloved by his sister Ann Rushfeldt (Boulder, CO); his brother Bob Bulger (Dallas, Texas); 8 nieces, 2 uncles, 2 aunts, several cousins and many old and new friendships.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at St. Adalberts Catholic Church, 265 Charles Avenue, St. Paul. Visitation at 10 am with the Mass at 10:30am. Services will be in the lower level due to construction. Enter on the west side of the church by the elevator door. Internment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, 2101 Lexington Ave South, Mendota Heights immediately after the Mass.
