Harvey Randebrock Harvey (Randy) entered into eternal rest on November 7, 2024, after a brief battle with cancer with his wife Vicky at his side in Summerville, SC.

He was the son of the late Colonel Harry C. Harvey and Francis (Nancy) Randebrock Harvey. Randy was born on November 22, 1943 in Bedford, NY. He attended Parsons College before entering into the United States Army in 1966 and served honorably in Vietnam. He and his wife were married in Bronxsville, NY and resided in Rye, NY where they raised their two sons, Christopher and John Paul until they moved to Weare, New Hampshire and lived there for more than twenty years. Randy was transferred with Bankers Life & Casualty Company to Summerville, South Carolina more than twenty years ago and most recently, Randy worked for Cornerstone Wealth and Advisory.

Randy was active in Seacoast Church for many years. He was very active in the food pantry, the prayer team, community service, and the Brotherhood. He was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous for more than 32 years. Through his sobriety, Randy helped others to become better versions of themselves, both in their journey of sobriety, and in finding their greater purpose in life.

Randy was an active member of Ducks Unlimited for many years and was a previous Post Commander of the American Legion, Post 65 in Weare, NH. He was an avid golfer who made his first hole-in-one this May. He also enjoyed playing bridge and poker. Most of all, he was happiest spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Vicky and their two sons: Christopher of East Calais, Vermont and John Paul Harvey (and daughter-in-law Lisa) of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and his two grandsons, Jaxson (13) and Trent (11). He is also survived by his brother Peter Harvey (and wife Cindy) of Katy, TX and his sister Barbara Knowles (and husband Tim) of Danbury, Connecticut.

Randy both walked, and lived, in the spirt of Christ. A celebration of his life will be held at Seacoast Church, located at 301 E 5th Street North in Summerville on November 22, 2024. Visitation with the family will be at 10 am with the celebration following at 11am.
